1. What do you think the disciples were feeling when Jesus said he was sending them out as sheep amidst wolves and not everyone would welcome them? How would you feel in the same situation?
2. Is it easy for you to be sent to share the good news? What makes it easy for you? If it's not easy for you, what makes it difficult?
3. During this Covid -19 time period and all the other realities going in in our world, where have you found strength? What is your main source for that strength? How much time have you spent with the news, the Bible, prayer, conversation with others in working through these recent months?

3.While swords certainly inflict damage and destruction, they can also release from bondage. Do you hear any kind of releasing in Jesus words in this text?
