Job Summary

The Childcare Director is responsible for the supervision of operating programs and employed staff of Camano Lutheran Childcare. The Director ensures that the Childcare meets the basic educational and recreational needs of the children, provides ongoing training for staff, manages finances, and resolves parent and family conflicts in association with the Childcare.
